Russia should be prosecuted because of the situation in Ukraine. This was stated by Vice-President Michael Pence in a speech at the Munich security conference.
“As for Ukraine, then we have to bring Russia to account,” said Pens and said that the Kremlin should respect the Minsk agreements, “starting with the de-escalation of violence in Eastern Ukraine”.
According to him, “the United States will continue to insist on the need to attract Russia to justice, even when we are looking for a new contact, which believes the President (tramp – ed.) can be found,” said Pence.
Earlier, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said at the Munich conference about the need to continue the negotiations in the channel format to achieve a lasting ceasefire in the Donbass.
According to her, Ukraine has been violated the territorial integrity of the state and in this regard we need to act decisively.
