Russia moved into the Crimea 108 thousand Russians – Yelchenko

Permanent representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Volodymyr Yelchenko said that starting from 2014, Russia moved to the occupied Crimea 108 thousand Russian citizens to change on the Peninsula demographic composition of the population.

At a meeting of the UN security Council Yelchenko said that Russia ignores the orders of the International court of justice on the elimination of racial discrimination.

“For the period from 2014 to 2017 108 thousand people moved from the Russian Federation in Crimea and Sevastopol. This is not a special policy of changing the demographic situation?” he said.
