Russia is preparing a reform that will change the system of payment of sick-lists, maternity leave and regular vacation, reports the newspaper “Izvestia” with reference to the press service of the Cabinet.
It is noted that from 2021 to pay for that will compensate the social insurance Fund, not the employer.
The document will be submitted to the state Duma in December, however, as noted, the content of the unions is still unknown.
In December 2019, it became known that in Russia in the framework of the national project “Demography” in 2020 will be annually allocated 2 billion rubles for the training and retraining of women who are in holiday on care of the child.
