Russia will not change its policy on Ukraine and Syria due to US sanctions pressure, said RIA Novosti Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev.
“Our policy on Syria and the Ukraine, have never been determined and will not determine the sanctions pressure from the United States,” — he said in connection with the statement of US President Donald trump on Twitter.
Earlier on Sunday, trump said he did not discuss sanctions at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Hamburg, and noted that no action until the resolution of the crises in Ukraine and Syria would be made.
