Russia has proposed to introduce an allowance on the mask and gloves

The head of the National parent Committee (NSC) Irina Volynets took the initiative on the introduction of a pandemic disease, coronavirus benefits to buy masks and gloves. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

Volynets said that in many regions of Russia are entered mask and glove modes, however not all citizens have the means to provide themselves with PPE.

In her opinion, the government should take the decision on payment of the monthly allowance, the amount of which will be calculated on the basis of the prices of these goods in each region at the rate of one mask for the day.

In special cases it is also possible to give the necessary protection to the Russians instead of benefits, she said.

May 12, in Moscow and St. Petersburg began to operate glove and a mask mode. Urban residents are required to wear this PPE in public areas. In some regions, also acts a mask mode.

According to the latest data, in Russia recorded more than 252 thousand cases of infection with coronavirus. Only in the country for more than two thousand people died as a result of the pandemic 53 530 patients recovered.
