This will help to prevent industrial espionage.
The Russian business community has proposed to the Ministry of labour and social protection to amend the Labour code of Russia rules on dismissal in connection with loss of trust.
Currently, such provision applies only to civil servants, however, the possibility of its introduction in commercial companies.
As notes the edition, in the business community believe that this will help prevent attempts of industrial espionage and unfair competition.
“Perhaps we should amend the Labour code, such an amendment, but for a limited number of companies,” — said the Director of civil service Department of the Ministry Dmitry Basak.
