The Ukrainian side has decided not to invite to an important conference in the neighboring country.

The head of the Russian delegation noted that “the BSEC is a rather complex organization, there are countries that have bilateral conflicts, but has never been to the country, which has a sharp conflict with the other party, was not invited the delegation to a meeting of the” but now “this shocking case has occurred”.
According to Emelyanova, Ukraine “spits on any norm of international law” and “any rules of parliamentary decorum”.

It is worth noting that the current Chairman of the PABSEC is the head of the Verkhovna Rada Andrew Parubiy.
