In turn, the Ukrainian design Bureau has not recognized the requirements of the defense Ministry and demanded completely to reject them, arguing the fact that the company stopped the transfer of the Ministry of defense of the results of the ROC due to the fact that in August 2014, the Ukrainian authorities imposed a ban on the export to Russia of goods and services of military and dual-purpose.
“In KB believe that a force majeure event, confirmed by the certificate of the chamber of Commerce of Ukraine. In addition, said defendant, defense missed the one-year Statute of limitations provided for by Ukrainian legislation, and failed to comply with a mandatory dispute settlement procedure”, – says the publication.
