The Ministry of energy of Russia said on its website on June 29, held at the power plant in Crimea, the first test gas turbine output power to the network.
“For the current week, there were two landmark events – the first units of the Tauride TPP and JSC TPP issued the first megawatts.
In the framework of the program of commissioning of the first units successfully carried out steam blowing of boilers and steam pipelines, synchronization of the Unified energy system with the subsequent set of power gas turbine with the output power of the network”, – stated in the message.
The Ministry did not specify on which of the TES passed the test turbine. Reuters writes that we are talking about the turbine German company Siemens, staged in the occupied Crimea in 2017 despite sanctions prohibitions. Experts said that Russia will be difficult to start the operation of the turbine and activate the software without the help of consultants from Siemens.
However, according to the Agency, the testing showed that Russia is close to run turbines.
