The government of the Russian Federation decided to provide the Luhansk oblast uninterrupted supply of electricity due to the fact that Kiev has stopped the supply of the terrorist “Luhansk people’s Republic”.
This was announced by the Plenipotentiary of Russia in the contact group on settling the situation in Eastern Ukraine, Boris Gryzlov.
“In accordance with the actions of the Ukrainian authorities, the Russian government adopted a decision to ensure the supply from the Russian Federation in the framework of humanitarian assistance”, – said Gryzlov.
According to the envoy, the situation with the power outage in Lugansk “is in a range of other measures, which effectively rejects certain areas of Donbass from Ukraine”.
He also said that the restrictions of consumers on the territory of “LNR” currently no.
