Russia has banned the daily delivery of flats. The decree, signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedey placed on the portal of legal information.
According to the document, a ban on the use of premises for the provision of hotel services. The same applies to hostels.
It is also forbidden to place in apartments, industrial enterprises and religious organizations (unless otherwise provided by the law “On freedom of conscience and religious associations”).
However, a dwelling is allowed to use for professional and individual entrepreneurial activities, if it does not violate the rights of other citizens.
Recall, from October 1 in Russia came into force a ban on hostels in residential buildings. Yet this has not led to their drastic reduction. However, many owners of hostels “preformation” your business. Now they are called “apartments” — apartments for rent for rent or rent. Part of the hostels was transferred to the premises in the status uninhabited.
