Previously, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe adopted a decision on the situation in Crimea, in which he put forward some requirements to Russia, in particular – to restore the Parliament. Russia is a member of the Council of Europe.
“Russia does not consider itself bound by the specified decision of the Committee of Ministers and does not consider lawful the use of the Ukrainian party in further propaganda builds. For us, they are because of their non-consensual nature of the politically and legally null and void,” – said the Russian foreign Ministry.
The Russian Ministry added that the Committee of Ministers “stamped” “Kiev the arguments about the “plight” of the population in virtual Ukrainian Crimea.”
While the Russian foreign Ministry claim that the statements of Kiev “have nothing to do with the situation in the Republic of Crimea and city of Federal significance Sevastopol in the Russian Federation”.
