The experts came to the conclusion that the attack in Khan Sheyhun “has the characteristics of a war crime”.

Reuters reports that this is the 14th report of the international Commission on Syria since 2011. During this time was documented 33 cases of use of chemical weapons, among them 22 troops of President Assad.
