Ukraine hopes for placement in the Donbass peacekeeping contingent under the UN aegis.
Since the Minsk agreement for three years did not lead to peace, the government of Ukraine is considering all possible mechanisms of the involvement in the Donbass, the various peacekeeping forces of the armed members of the OSCE mission light weapons, so they can visit all the objects in the ATO prior to the introduction in the Donbass UN peacekeepers.
This was stated by first Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine, head of mission of Ukraine to NATO Vadim pristayko.
The diplomat stressed that all attempts to block the Russian Federation, which supports the militants.
According to the diplomat, Ukraine is considering different options for the end of the war.
Thus, in particular, the government has already prepared drafts of all documents for decision to send UN peacekeepers to the Donbass.
