Russia began military exercises in the Crimea

The alarm was raised by more than 2,5 thousand Marines.

On the ground Opuk in Russia annexed the Crimea started the command-staff exercises of the airborne forces. This was announced commander of airborne troops General Andrey Serdyukov.

According to him, the maneuvers also involved the ships of the black sea fleet and forces Military space forces.

“For the first time in the history of the Russian army in the framework of the exercise of the airborne forces from three of our compounds were simultaneously alarmed and partially transferred to the Crimea with the standard weapons and equipment,” – said Serdyukov.

According to him, only the alarm was raised by more than 2,5 thousand Marines and about 600 units of military equipment.
