Roshen decided to sell confectionery factory in Mariupol

Shareholders of Mariupol Roshen andfabric made the decision on sale of property and zemuchastka of the enterprise.

Shareholders of Mariupol confectionery factory Roshen (Donetsk region), part of the Roshen Corporation, made the decision on sale of property of the enterprise, in particular the complex of the factories and land.

This was reported by the press service of Roshen.

The spokesman confirmed that the decision adopted and the shareholders approved the sale of the property.

Other details are not announced yet.

We will remind that on the agenda of the shareholders ‘ meeting of 20 March was imposed, the issue of sale of real property, including complex confectionery factory, the land on which the mill, buildings and other property; it was noted that the cost of the complex andfabric does not exceed 40 million hryvnia, zemuchastka – no more than 25 million hryvnia.

The company is under liquidation, decided in April 2015.

According to preliminary data, in 2016 Mariupol Roshen andfabric ended with a loss of 8,171 million (loss for 2015 – 4,821 million).

In addition to Mariupol andfabric the Corporation Roshen includes Kremenchug, 2 Vinnitsa, Kiev andfabric, Lipetsk confectionery factory Likonf (Russia) and Klaipeda confectionery factory Roshen UAB (Lithuania) and factory Bonbonetti Choco (Hungary).

In January it became known that Roshen Corporation has decided to stop production at the Lipetsk andfabric, full preservation is scheduled for April.
