District administrative court of Kyiv has opened proceedings on the suit of the people’s Deputy Borislav Rosenblatt to the National anti-corruption Bureau and the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office.
This was reported on the website of the court.
“The plaintiff asks the court to recognize the illegal actions of the NEB, which were agreed with prosecutors SAP about carrying out concerning it operatively-search actions”, – stated in the message.
Rosenblatt also asks the court to order the NEB investigators and prosecutors of SAP to comply with current legislation on guarantees of parliamentary immunity in the exercise of criminal proceedings.
Preliminary judicial hearing is scheduled for January 30.
We will remind, in June the detectives NAB arrested the security guard Rosenblatt on suspicion of receiving $200 thousand bribe. According to authorities, a bribe is transferred to the MP for the solution of a question on licensing of production of amber.
