The incident occurred on Liberty street in the village of Bazaliya Teofipol Raion.
It is established that 53-the summer inhabitant of the village of Foresters Gorodok district moved downhill by car “KAMAZ” with the trailer loaded with beets.
During the movement exploded clip, trailer disconnected and collided with a car “MAN” under control of 40-year-old khmelnitchina.
As a result of collision of the last received injuries in polytrauma in both legs.
The victim was hospitalized in the surgical Department of the Central Teofipol’s’kyi district hospital, health status is satisfactory.
Now investigators find out all the circumstances of the accident. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 1 article 286 “violation of the rules of traffic safety or transport operation by persons driving vehicles” of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
