Russia initiates preparations for the “local elections” in occupied Luhansk.
The Russian curators of the militants encouraged the development of “statehood” terrorist groups “LNR”, said the leader of the Information resistance group, MP Dmitriy Tymchuk in Facebook.
“Russian “curators” noted the need for further development of “statehood LPR” with the term “partial recognition” of this formation on the part of Russia”, – he wrote.
Tymchuk noted that among the militants are preparing to conduct so-called “local elections”.
