The salary in “envelopes” get every fourth Ukrainian.
About 4 million working people are not officially employed and therefore not pay taxes to the budget.
“The number of pensioners in Ukraine is 12 million, at a time when those who pay social contribution, is much smaller, and this increases the burden on each formalized worker,” he said.
According to him, state tax policy does not encourage all market participants to work legally, and hence payment of salaries in envelopes.
We will remind, earlier Vice-the Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko said that of the 18 million people of working age, only 11 million pay contributions to the Pension Fund.
