SBU has confirmed that it has no claims to Loboda.
SBU has no claims to his mother, Svetlana Loboda, but in fact the actions of the journalist of 1+1, spreading of confidential information about the artist, a criminal case.
This was stated by the lawyer of the guard Svetlana Loboda, Sergey Demchenko.
According to him, currently in the criminal proceedings carried out pre-trial investigation.
“In connection with the distribution of the journalist of the channel “1+1″ Alexander by Dubinsky confidential information about the family of Svetlana Loboda, the Prosecutor’s office registered criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 182 of the criminal code. It threatens guilty with imprisonment for the term up to three years,” the lawyer explained.
At the same time, according to Sergey Demchenko directly on the fact of persecution of Svetlana Loboda, including from journalists, the Prosecutor’s office registered criminal proceedings on signs of structure of the crime provided by part 1 of article 161 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
“This article concerns the violation of equality of citizens depending on their racial, national belonging or religious beliefs. Those responsible may be punished in the form of restriction of liberty for a term up to five years with a possible deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions for up to three years”, – explained the intricacies of the incriminated article is a lawyer. On these criminal proceedings currently carry out pre-trial investigation.
As for his mother, Svetlana Loboda, Natalia Loboda, Sergey Demchenko, the SBU do not exist to her any claim.
“SBU has confirmed the absence of criminal proceedings against or involving Natalia Loboda. Moreover, the SBU found no evidence of corpus delicti in her actions associated with a trip on the territory of the Russian Federation”, – said the lawyer.
