Kiev police detained the man involved in the murder of a foreigner, which happened on the night of 24 August.

“During the inspection of the car found blood stains, bullet casings and bullet damage. The man was detained, investigators are working with him. He was detained under article 208 of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine.
