The law enforcement officers managed to detain the attacker, who yesterday staged a shooting near a high school in Kiev and wounded one of the students of the institution.

“Law enforcement officers searched for her attacker’s description and was working on an establishment of circumstances of incident. The next day after a perfect suspect gave explanations to the investigators,” – said in the message.
The gunman was 23-year-old from Kiev, who injured a minor boy from a traumatic gun. It is reported that the attacker has permits for the weapons.
The reasons for the act of the attacker is yet unknown and will be established during the preliminary investigation.
The investigative Department of the Sviatoshynsky police Department have contributed information about this event in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. This article provides for imprisonment up to seven years.
