Renault has opened a preliminary order for the updated Captur

Renault Captur is equipped with a 1.5 l dCi 90 diesel engine and automatic transmission, can accelerate to 100 km/h in 13.8 seconds.

Renault has opened a preliminary order for Captur updated just a few days ago (for all markets where they sell this model). Therefore, it became known that motorists on the Old Continent the version with a 1.5 l diesel engine producing 89 HP and 229 Nm of torque will be offered with an automatic transmission.

Renault Captur is equipped with a 1.5 l dCi 90 diesel engine and automatic transmission, can accelerate to 100 km/h in 13.8 seconds. Its maximum speed is about 172 km. In principle, this is a very good dynamic performance.

Moreover, such a combination of diesel and automatic transmission will significantly save fuel and reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. In particular, the level of CO2 emissions in this case will be only 101 g/km.

Automatic transmission in Europe can be ordered in four trim levels, starting with basic configuration Dynamique Nav and finishing top Signature X Nav.

The first generation of the Renault Captur was launched in 2013. The French are now developing its second generation. It should appear on sale in late 2018 or early 2019.
