“The validity of emergency measures in the energy sector ended. Now there are no legislative grounds for its prolongation”, – he stated.
Kovalchuk said that in June repealed the law under which such emergency measures could be introduced.
“Besides, today is a special need for emergency measures no. Plants that have little coal in storage and do not show up (for inclusion – ed.) and those in which anthracite is enough, they are now in demand,” he said.
Chapter Ukrenergo added that theoretically, the need for the introduction of emergency measures in the energy sector may occur in October.
