Average interest rates on Bank deposits in dollars and euros in Ukraine fell. At the same time, interest rates on hryvnia deposits grew.
So, the rate for deposits in foreign currency decreased Bmbank. Increased rates for the hryvnia savings Vernum Bank, PrivatBank and FUIB.
The average interest rate in local currency increased on deposits for the period from 1 to 3 months (by 0.03 percentage points to 9.43%). The cost of the deposits for a period from 6 to 12 months rose by 0.06 percentage points to 12.13% per annum. Savings period from 3 to 6 months increased the yield by 0.08 percentage points to 11.64% per annum. Grew deposits over 12 months (by 0.11 p. p. to 12.29%). And perpetual savings have increased in price by 0.14 percentage points to 7.80% per annum.
The average interest rate in U.S. dollars fell to indefinite savings (by 0.04 percentage points to 1.02%). The yield of deposits for a period of 3 to 6 months decreased by 0.03 percentage points and stands at 2.17% per annum. Deposits from 6 to 12 months fell in price by 0.04 percentage points to 2.79% per annum. The cost of deposits for the period longer than 12 months has decreased by 0.02 percentage points to 3.13% per annum.
The average interest rate in euros fell to indefinite savings (by 0.05 percentage points to 0.67% per annum). Deposits for a period of from 1 to 3 months fell by 0.01 p. p. to 0.89% per annum. Contributions ranging from 3 to 6 months fell in price by 0.03 percentage points to 1.43% per annum. The yield of deposits for the period from 6 to 12 months decreased by 0.04 p. p. and is 1.93% per annum. Savings for a period more than 12 months have reduced the price by 0.02 p. p. and offer of 2.32% per annum.
Recall that in late October the national Bank of Ukraine announced record fall in interest rates on deposits.
