Ranch “Neverland” in California, owned by Michael Jackson, is back on auction with low cost. Last year the price was $100 million, and now it can be purchased for $67 million
The house changed its name and is now known as Sycamore valley ranch. It is located outside Santa Barbara in the valley of Santa INES.
House size of 1,200 sq. m built in 1982 by architect Robert Altevers. In the house parquet floors, five fireplaces, theater room with 50 seats, a dance Studio, four bedrooms, living room. Also on site there is pool, sports court, beautiful garden and a red barn that was originally built for horses.
Jackson bought the property for $19.5 million in the late ‘ 80s businessman William Bonn, and in 2008 decided to put the house up for sale in connection with the debt. The king of pop-pop died in 2009 at 50.
