The authors of the draft resolution are the people’s deputies from “Blok Petro Poroshenko” Sergei Caplin and Andrew Nemirovsky.
In the explanatory note to the draft decree, in particular, it is noted that Avakov assured the society about the recruitment in the police is highly professional and honest employees.
“However, the level of crime the most common crimes rose to 30% and the level of disclosure fell to 10% in comparison with indicators for previous years. In Ukraine reveals only one crime out of ten,” – said in the text.
The authors of the draft resolution believe that the bodies of internal Affairs of Ukraine headed by Avakov “has demonstrated the failure of security of Ukrainian citizens and fight against crime”.
In addition, the explanatory Memorandum States that the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the General Prosecutor’s office “confirmed the existence of the investigation of facts of illegal alienation of the land area of 18.15 hectares in the interests of JSC “Investor”, which is close to the Minister of internal Affairs Avakov, and the facts of irregularities in tender procurement of backpacks, which featured his close relatives”.
“This situation is not conducive to a positive perception of the activities of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine”, – stated in the text.
