Putin will do to weaken the Chancellor of Germany all in his power.
Famous chess player and Kremlin critic Garry Kasparov is sure that Putin wants to prevent the re-election of German Chancellor Angela Merkel in the upcoming elections in Germany.
He stated this in an interview with Bild.
Putin wants at any cost to prevent the re-election of Merkel! She is a key figure in the European Union, and Putin knows that while Merkel, the sanctions will be maintained, – said the Russian opposition.
According to him, “Putin will do to weaken the German Chancellor everything in his power”.
At the same time, Kasparov optimistically says: “Putin has already lost in France and the Netherlands might lose and in Germany.” But to underestimate the Russian President, in his opinion, is not: “the Soviet Union was a threat, but Putin is more dangerous. He’s trying to destroy democracy from within.”
Notransparency, according to Kasparov, Putin is now weakened, “he’s Got so much blood on his hands that he was standing with his back to the wall. And the only thing it makes sense, is the preservation of power.”
