Russian President Vladimir Putin is taking part in a plenary session on the second day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of Egypt Abdel Fatah el-Sisi are also attending the session. President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping is participating with a video message.
