Putin denied the rumors about the intervention of the “Russian hackers” in the Western elections.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said in an interview with the newspaper Le Figaro that hackers from Russia don’t interfere in the election campaign in the West.
“Say. Who tells, on what basis? The alleged Russian hackers. Maybe not Russian,” − said Putin.
He stressed that the US President Donald trump “was absolutely, in my opinion, correctly − maybe it’s from another country, maybe someone was lying on the bed there’s something came up, maybe someone intentionally put some thumb drive somewhere with the name of the Russian a citizen”.
“Anything you want. Because in this virtual world anything can bloat. Russia never does, we don’t need to, we do not make any sense to do it. What’s the point?”, − said the Russian leader.
