“Of course, we would hope that these contacts at the highest level will be used by our American colleagues in order to send to Kiev a strong signal in favor of the need of implementation of the Minsk agreements,” Peskov said.

He added that Moscow is not preparing the requirements for Washington to normalize bilateral relations, a discussion of the problems is in the “routine”, and the sides adjusted to each other “topics that cause discomfort, which are the stimuli”.
