Progress in resolving the situation in the South-East of Ukraine needs to achieve the conflicting parties, said Russian President Vladimir Putin after his visit to France.
“Progress on the resolution of any conflicts, including the conflict in the South-East of Ukraine, can reach, primarily and mainly, conflicting sides. The conflict in the South-East of Ukraine is a domestic conflict, Ukrainian conflict, first and foremost,” Putin said in an interview with the newspaper Figaro.
“The most important thing you need to do is find the strength all the conflicting parties to negotiate and, above all, I am convinced, I am sure, the ball, as they say, on the side of official Kiev authorities. They should especially take care to fulfill the Minsk agreement”, — he added.
