The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has charged to create a group to develop a plan for the protection of Russians abroad.
“The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia in order to make recommendations to ensure the effective legal protection of Russian citizens abroad, to establish an interagency working group, include representatives of non-profit organizations”, – stated in the order.
Putin has set a deadline for the execution of the assignment until 30 March 2018.
