Statistical Agency Eurostat has been named the happiest city in Europe
The rating is led by Vilnius. Life in the capital of Lithuania satisfied 98% of respondents are local residents.
The top three happiest cities are also included Copenhagen (97%) and Stockholm (97%).
Riga in this list is on 19-th position. Among the respondents, 89% of residents satisfied with life in the city. Tallinn — at the 11th place (92%).
The least happy were the residents in Athens.
Leader in assessing the quality of health care was Amsterdam (91%). The purest local residents believe Luxembourg (95%). He, along with Vienna took first place on the quality of markets, squares and pedestrian areas (88%). The best schools called the residents of Dublin (83%). In Luxembourg, local education appreciated 78%.
Vilnius, despite the fact that life in it is quite overwhelming majority of local residents, were not included in the three of leaders on any of the criteria.
