Nissan has revealed the first image of the new electric cars Leaf.

Nissan has released the first image teaser of the electric vehicle Leaf to the next generation.

Public debut of the novelty is expected to be held in September this year at Motorshow in Frankfurt.

Details about the new Leaf is not enough. It is only known that the model will get a new set of batteries, which will allow to pass without refueling at least 400 kilometers. Also likely to expand gamma modifications of the model will appear, along with options that will differ from each other at the maximum distance run, dynamic characteristics, and, consequently, price.

Nissan Leaf sold in 2010. It is equipped with a 109-horsepower electric motor and can pass without recharging up to 250 kilometers (with a 30-kilowatt battery pack).

To date, Nissan has sold more than 260 thousand copies of the Leaf. Their total mileage is more than three billion kilometers.
