Japanese crossover Toyota RAV4 Hybrid – best-selling hybrid model on the Ukrainian market.
Information-analytical group AUTO-Consulting-based sales of new cars in January-June of 2017, ranked the most popular hybrid cars that use to drive the wheels more than one energy source.
According to estimates, in Ukraine, the demand for hybrid cars this year grew by 9.5 times compared to the previous year.
An important role in the ranking played delivery of national police, the Japanese hybrid crossover Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. But even despite such a large batch of cars, in first place in hybrid Mitsubishi Outlander, and Toyota RAV4.
The total volume of sales from Mitsubishi nearly 40% of the hybrids. And Toyota only 10%.
In third place for sales of hybrids in Ukraine – crossover KIA Niro. In General, sales of KIA hybrids belongs to more than 3.5%.
The fourth position at the Japanese model Lexus NX. The total sales of cars of this brand hybrids belongs to almost 8.5%.
Fifth German hatchback b-class BMW i3. However, hybrids in the global sales of the Bavarians owned less than 1%.
In General, the structure of sales in Ukraine of hybrid cars is share a little more than 2.5%. And among the crossover segment, the proportion of hybrids in 2 times more – 5%.
It is worth noting that in the Top 10 sales included the Chevrolet Volt, which is officially in Ukraine is not for sale.
