The British consulting Agency Interbrand published annual ranking of “the 100 most valuable brands in the world.” This year the list includes 15 automotive brands, first among which was again held Toyota.
Japanese automaker, the cost of which is estimated at 50.3 billion dollars, settled down in seventh position in the overall ranking. Next is Mercedes-Benz, who took ninth place with 47.8 million dollars. The third place among the most expensive car brands got the BMW (13 -; 41.5 billion dollars).
Volkswagen located in ninth place with a score of 11.5 billion dollars. The German company is still experiencing the effects of “disilicate”, this year lost even one position behind the Nissan.
In the rating “100 most valuable brands in the world” for the second year in a row hit the company Tesla Motors. The value of the American manufacturer of electric cars, which finished in the overall ranking of 98th place, was estimated at four billion dollars.
As for the complete list, the most expensive brands in the world has again become a firm Apple, the cost of which amounted to 184,1 billion. In second place is Google (141.7 per billion), and the third — Microsoft ($80 billion).
