Activists rallied against Internet censorship.
In Moscow during a rally against Internet censorship, were arrested 22 people, including four journalists.
This was reported by coordinator of the Barrage, Alexander Rastorguev.
According to him, the police detained them because they “prevented the passage of citizens.”
Rally against censorship on YouTube took place at the Google office in Moscow. Rastorguev has told that the Google office gathered opponents of the “YouTube of cooperation with the Russian authorities”.
“No slogans, no posters. Gathered to talk and to Express Russian YouTube [protest]. He “writes off” the voice hits so many opposition bloggers, so fewer people watch them,” – said Rastorguev.
That rally was the beginning of detention, told human rights resource OVD-info, which monitors political persecution in Russia.
