Protests in DR Congo: police shot and killed 26 people

Security forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo to the capital Kinshasa and other cities shot and killed at least 26 people who took to the streets demanding that President Joseph Kabila to resign.

It is noted that the protests began on Tuesday, December 20, after Kabila remained in power without holding presidential elections.
