The Central district court of Barnaul (Russia) fined participants of the rally against terrorism, which is April 8, was detained with posters against corruption.
The seven other participants, including Victor Rau and Evgeniya Korchagina, were convicted of violating the order of holding the public event (part 5, article 20.2 of the Code) and was fined 10 thousand rubles each.
Police in Barnaul on April 8 detained eight people with posters against corruption at the rally against terrorism. Earlier, the protesters planned to spend the day in the place of the protest action, but the city administration refused to negotiate, so the activists came to the rally against terror. Two of the detained participants of the action – Victor Rau and Oleg Boronin – spent the night in the police Department.
