Lawyers Nasirov continue to delay the case.
The defence team dismissed head of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov appealed the arrest of the official.

He noted that lawyers have already appealed the decision of Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv about the arrest of the Chairman of the SFS and of the Deposit in the amount of UAH 100 million.
“Now we will wait for appellate review of the case,” said Cherezov.
Recall, the Solomensky district court Nasirova was arrested for two months with possibility of bail in the amount of one hundred million hryvnia.Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors vowed to appeal the verdict to increase the amount of collateral to Nasirov up to UAH 2 billion.
“While we have to go through an appeal. We’ll see how the appeal will be held. So it makes no sense to bail when the appeal is not passed,” said earlier another lawyer Nasirov Alexander Lysak.
The representative of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office Roman Simkiv said earlier that the prosecution is satisfied with the court decision, but did not rule out an appeal.
