Prosecutor wants arrest of Guzhva the possibility of collateral

The time restraint will expire on June 25.

The Prosecutor intends to ask the court to elect the chief editor for the online publication Stranaya Igor Guzhva a measure of restraint in form of detention with alternative collateral. This was at the briefing said the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko.

“I think that the Prosecutor will request arrest with the possibility of bail”, – he said. According to him, the time restraint will expire on June 25.
