In the Bank declare that the new design of the terminals has become more convenient and user-friendly.
State PrivatBank has launched a new menu of their self-service terminals. As reported by the Bank, the redesign has affected both the start menu of the terminal, and the sections of payments and of utilities, which is now intuitive for experienced and novice users of banking self-service.
“The new menu of our terminals became more stylish and easy to use, intuitive functionality and automatic connection of all required information enables customers, for example, to pay for the communal from the personal menu without a long journey through the pages of all its services, – noted the head of Payments and transfers PrivatBank Alexey Putyatin. – Further harmonization of the design and functionality of the electronic services of the Bank will enable our customers to use a single familiar navigating to the Bank regardless of how they spend the payments in the Department, the self-service terminal or smartphone.”
Now with the new menu in the test mode are more than 750 terminals in the river, Chernovtsy, Uzhgorod, Mukachevo, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Sumy and Zhytomyr.
As noted in the Bank, April 7, the new design will get all of capital’s self-service terminals of the Bank, and until the end of April, “person” will replace all 12 700 TSO in Ukraine.
