In the movie, of course. Specifically, in new footage from the upcoming Spanish (!) a remake of the French film “Inside” (in Russia also known as “revenge of the unborn”).
The original film was produced in 2007 by the Duo of Alexander Bustillo and Julien Maury and to this day remains, in my opinion, their best work. However, we haven’t seen “leatherface” from the same Directors.
The Director of the remake stands Miguel angel vivas (“Extinction”, “Capture”), and starring in the picture got just the same Rachel Nichols (“Parking”, “I, Alex Cross”) and Laura Harring (“Mulholland Drive”, “Willard”). Nichols, obviously HR plays the main character, recently made a widow pregnant woman, in a house which bursts into a crazy guest (Herring).
The film was shot last year, then, in October, it premiered at the festival in Sitges. Since then, the film wanders through various fests, but on wide release in the US or anywhere else is not yet mentioned.
Interestingly, the duration of the remake is 100 minutes – almost 20 minutes longer than the original lasted.
