Due to the strong rains in Istanbul was paralyzed.
Istanbul streets were flooded by heavy rains that do not stop in the Turkish capital for several days.
Local residents have to use public transport instead of private cars. Some of the subway stations and regular ferries across the Bosphorus have stopped work, the visibility dropped to five meters.
Mayor of Istanbul Kadir Topbas urged residents not to go outside.
