In connection with bad weather, delays can occur with delivery in seven areas in the East of Ukraine.
The postal service has announced possible delays in the delivery of mail due to severe weather conditions. On Wednesday, January 9, reported the press service of the company.
“In connection with deterioration of weather conditions on the territory of Ukraine may delay mail delivery in Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Kharkiv, Poltava, Lugansk, Zaporozhye and Cherkasy regions”, – stated in the message.
However, the company has assured that doing everything possible to accelerate the recovery of terms of delivery of correspondence in these regions.
It was reported earlier that Ukrposhta increased tariffs by 15%. The new prices came into force on 1 January. However, the postal service abolished the surcharge for delivery to the village. The cost of parcels generally will not depend on their place of origin or receipt.
