From the beginning of 2017 in the area of ATO killed 69 of the Ukrainian military. More than 420 fighters were wounded. These figures were announced during the visit to Lugansk region, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, reports his press-service.
“During the antiterrorist operation, Ukraine lost 2652 warrior from all security agencies – the Armed forces of Ukraine, security Service, National guard, border guards, National police and others”, – said Poroshenko.
The head of state added that the armed forces heroically and steadfastly fulfill the objectives of the antiterrorist operation, while holding the boundaries and breaking the aggressive plans of the aggressor.
