Poroshenko submitted to the Parliament a law on the anti-corruption court

President Petro Poroshenko has submitted to Parliament a draft law on anti-corruption court. According to the official portal of the Parliament, the document submitted on Friday, December 22, and registered under No. 7440.

According to the press service of the President, Friday, December 22, a number of experts presented Poroshenko’s bill on anti-corruption court, which takes into account recommendations of OSCE experts and the conclusions of the Venice Commission. It was noted that this document will be sent to the Verkhovna Rada.

It is noted that the meeting was attended by the founder of the Foundation of innovation and development, Giorgi Vashadze, a scientist Anatoly Zayats, Director of innovation and development of novel Yakovlev, judge of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine Valentyn Serdyuk, Deputy head of the presidential administration Oleksiy Filatov.

Recall that in the international organization Transparency international demanded that Poroshenko promptly filed a draft law on establishing the Higher anti-corruption court.
