The President offered condolences to the victims and families of the victims.

President Petro Poroshenko shocked by shooting in Las Vegas and calls the incident a terrible act of violence. The head of state wrote in Twitter.

“Deeply shocked by the terrible tragedy in Las Vegas. Sincere condolences to the victims and families affected by this horrible act of violence,” he said.

Recall that police shot dead a criminal who was on the 32nd floor of the hotel, Mandalay Bay Hotel and opened fire on the audience of the concert of country music, which took place nearby in an open area. The incident occurred in front of the famous casinos Mandalay Bay Casino.

It was reported that the fire in the center of Las Vegas has killed more than 50 people and injured more than 200. Later, the local authorities said that the number of wounded exceeded 400.
